In terms of relaxation, the casino on-site provided entertainment, and exploring landmarks such as Kensington Palace and the Natural History Museum created memorable family bonding experiences.

I did find the lack of free adapters for guests to borrow a minor inconvenience. It would have been more convenient if the hotel provided this service rather than requiring guests to purchase adapters during their stay.
