I chose Millennium for its convenient location near the Natural History Museum, Royal Albert Hall, and Science Museum. The hotel's all-day dining with traditional pub dishes and extensive wine list pleasantly surprised me.
Name mix-up and poor reception service. Room needs refurbishment.

I chose Millennium for its proximity to the Natural History Museum, but I was pleasantly surprised by Humphrey's gastro pub serving traditional dishes and an extensive wine list. The unique traditional afternoon tea, "Alice in Glousterland," was an exceptional experience, and the South West 7 breakfast buffet was superb.
Uncomfortable third sofa-bed, Noisy location next to kitchen.

During my stay at Millennium Gloucester Hotel, I was impressed by the comfortable and spacious room. It offered a rare luxury of space in the heart of London, and the coffee maker and free toiletries were a nice touch for a cozy stay.
I noticed that some areas of the hotel were dusty and looking a bit shabby. This was a contrast to the smart public areas, and it did tarnish the overall experience slightly.

Loved the gastro pub Humphrey's Bar, they sure know how to make a classic cocktail. Bugis and Bombay Brasserie served mouthwatering Asian and Indian cuisine, a feast for the taste buds!

We stayed at Millennium and were impressed with the amazing location! It's just a short walk to museums and the underground station is right around the corner, making it super convenient. The hotel is well connected with the Piccadilly line and 2 other lines. There's even a supermarket nearby and a Starbucks for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again for the location alone.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

During my transit stay at Millennium Gloucester Hotel London, I found the excellent transport links to the West End and The City areas of London to be extremely convenient. It was just 150 meters from Gloucester Road, making it easy to explore the city, and only a 10-minute drive from Charing Cross. The hotel's proximity to London City, just 20 km away, added to its accessibility for travelers like me.
I did find the lack of free adapters for guests to borrow a minor inconvenience. It would have been more convenient if the hotel provided this service rather than requiring guests to purchase adapters during their stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located right by the tube station and perfect for getting around. The conservatory was a lovely spot to relax in the evening. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the quick and efficient service from the staff. Breakfast was tasty, with a decent selection of options.
The soundproofing could be improved, as we were disturbed by street noise in the morning.

The staff helped me with an insect bite on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly - free Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, and a fitness studio. I keep coming back for business.

The staff here went above and beyond to provide fantastic service, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were impressed with the range of amenities offered in the room, including free Wi-Fi, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. As adults, we were impressed by the excellent customer service at this hotel. The staff members were friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful. The location of the hotel was also a major highlight. It was conveniently situated just a short walk from the National History Museum and Hyde Park, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and amenities nearby. We didn't even need to use the tube much since everything was within reach. Considering all these factors, the price of £60 per person per night was a great value.
Felt truly spoiled, no complaints.

Great check-in experience, with the receptionist allowing us to check-in a few hours early. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that had USB ports. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city.
Our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The receptionist gave us conflicting information about our room's readiness, causing unnecessary inconvenience.

My husband and I recently stayed at a hotel next to Gloucester Road Tube and we had an excellent experience. The location was perfect for us as it was a direct ride to Heathrow Airport. The lobby was nice and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and the bedding was comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, it was a great start to our day. We were especially grateful to the team for finding an item we had left behind in the room. it was a beautiful place to stay with a great central location.
Everything was what we needed and wanted.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in London recently! The location was perfect, as it was really close to the tube station, making it super easy to explore the city. We also loved that it was near the museum on the Piccadilly Line - it was so convenient for us and the kids. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-kept. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We even had a lovely view from our room. it was a great experience!
The only downside was that there were a few noisy children running around the bar, which made it a bit difficult for us to relax and enjoy a drink.

We loved this place! The hotel's location cannot be beaten with the tube station just around the corner. It was easy for us to get around the city quickly. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to give fantastic service, especially the staff on the reception desk. The free wi-fi in rooms worked great and we received a warm welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were impressive, including the in-room safe, mini-bar and free toiletries.
All in all, we highly recommend this venue to anyone visiting here.

I recently stayed at Millennium Gloucester for a brief trip. The hotel still has that comfortable 4-star ambience that I remember from 25 years ago. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the club floor, which offered a spacious room with a comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and even a pristine bathrobe and slippers. The location is great, with friendly staff and a nice, modern feel. It was refreshing to be able to open the hotel room window for fresh air. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options.
Would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently located near the tube station, making it easy to get around. There were also many nice cafes in the area, which was great for grabbing a quick bite to eat. Additionally, the continental breakfast provided at the hotel was good, and they even offered congee soup, which was a pleasant surprise.
One of the disappointing aspects of my stay was the poor wifi connection. I had to pay extra to access wifi in my room, but even then, it was difficult to connect and use.

The suites at Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington are like a cozy home in the heart of London. The separate living area and stunning views made me feel like a VIP. I loved having 24-hour room service and free WiFi.
The minibar prices were a bit high for my liking.

This hotel is conveniently situated right next to Gloucester Road tube station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The staff were polite and helpful, and the reception area had a nice ambiance. The rooms were comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and decent toiletries. I was even upgraded to a higher room category and received a complimentary drink. Plus, the breakfast was good, with refilling even during busy times, although I would have liked more hot food options.
The air conditioning in the room was terrible and the coffee at breakfast was unenjoyable.

The breakfast served daily was an absolute delight. The hot breakfast buffet was as diverse and satisfying as a buffet in Las Vegas, and the a la carte eggs and specialties menu was a real gem. I felt like I was at a breakfast paradise each morning.
Noise from functions is distracting.

The location was perfect - just a stone's throw away from Gloucester Road Underground station and within easy walking distance to Kensington Gardens and the V&A. The flexibility at the breakfast buffet was great for our diverse tastes, with delicious pastries, fresh fruit, and hearty options like eggs and bacon.
My wife says that more child-friendly entertainment options could enhance the family experience.

The hotel was a rad base for us to crash at after hitting up the bustling streets of London with my crew. It was slick to be able to score some late-night bites at the hotel's joints. We also could mix up our breakky with different offerings each day, with some smashed avo and tasty pancakes to suit any vibe.
It would be epic if the hotel had some cool hangout spots for us to chill and party with our mates. A bit more happening vibe would be solid for young party-goers like us.
